Library Card & Fine-Free Policy
- Ashley Public Library cards are free for residents of Ashley, DuBois, and Richview Townships.
- Individuals who reside outside the Ashley Public Library District may obtain a library card for an annual fee of $40.
- The Ashley Public Library is fine-free. No daily overdue fines are charged for materials returned after their due date.
- Patrons are responsible for returning library materials and may be charged for lost or damaged items in accordance with the Library’s Fine-Free Policy.
